Our guarantee

If you are not 100% happy with our service within 30 days of ordering your Deed Poll, then we will give you a complete refund. All we ask is that you let us know how we let you down.

As far as we are aware all Deed Polls supplied by us are genuine and official and will be accepted as valid by all UK government agencies, departments and UK business organisations.

If your Deed Poll is not accepted as evidence of your change of name by any UK government agency, department or any UK business organisation we will give you a full refund within 30 days, of being notified of such and after attempting to resolve any disagreements with the organisation concerned.

This is the limit of our liability

If we make a mistake

As our systems are automated, it is very rare that we make a spelling error or typographical mistake on your Deed Poll.

However, in the unlikely event that we do, we will send you a corrected Deed Poll as soon as you notify us of our mistake, you must do that with in 30 days.
